About the event

This CPD approved training will provide participants an update and/or refresher training of required knowledge and skills to: 

  • Perform mandatory electrical testing in accordance with AS/NZS 3000, AS 3017 & AS/NZS 4741 requirements,

  • Safely perform inspection & electrical test methods required to determine & understand fault causes, including;

  • Identifying & understanding electrical hazards, unsafe conditions, high resistance connections and confirm neutral integrity,

  • Meet electrical regulatory compliance obligations.


* This course is targeted at holders of an Electrical Practitioner’s License : Electrician

* Please note that Module 1 - Test connections of LV Connections is a pre-requisite for Module 2 & 3 as it sets the foundations for energised and mandatory testing processes.
